I finally weighed in today, the first time in about a month. I'm up from where I was, but not huge, so I can live with it. I was looking for last year at this time and was 8 lbs more last year on about the same day, so I'm proud of myself for staying as low as I have, now if I can just get back down that 4 or 5 pounds that I've gone up. I'm working on it, I've made myself some pre-made healthy breakfast options and I've got some healthier things for lunch, so if I can stick with it and get into the routine of healthy eating I'll be good. I'm trying to get my workout routine going again too. I'm hoping that by springtime I'm healthier and have more energy. I'm always so tired now, and that needs to change. Well in other news, we're expecting to get about a foot of snow here on Thursday. Yuck! Then possibly 2-4 more inches on Sunday or Monday. EWWW! I'm ready for nice weather not this wintery stuff. Well, work will be busy that day with phone calls, but at least I have a job that I work indoors, I guess I should be thankful for that.
