I’m happy with -1. 🎺 I just can’t understand the correlation between emotions and the need to overeat. I’m 69 yo, and still don’t get the human condition that causes me to try to soothe myself with food. Ugh 😑 intellectually...logically...makes no sense. Have a great week FS buddies.

Essentially, we are medicating ourselves with food to create a "happy" feeling. Usually, it is because stress and unhappy cause our serotonin levels to drop. Awareness of what is happening can be useful in changing that cycle. It can be a daily struggle for many of us. (((((hugs)))))
