Well, I knew when we went out to eat after the doctor appointment and I had that fried food I would pay for it. It made me retain water from all that salt. I need to flush my system with a lot of water today. That's okay, one day at a time. I enjoyed the day yesterday. Not often I go out. It was a good day at the doctor and then a lunch break afterward at Popi's, which is my favorite restaurant in Lakewood Ranch. Nice people.
211.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 42.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
