I've been eating a lot of wheat products lately - probably more than 60g a day in carbs. But I've been eating a lot of food and really haven't gained much considering I haven't been exercising due to my back problem. I plan on joining a gym in the next month or two to get in shape. I think then I'll be able to get near my goal weight especially if I kickstart into induction again and stay there a while. The weather is noticeably cooler in western Massachusetts especially in the evenings and at night - autumn isn't far off. Summers are short here. I've lived in the tropics like the Philippines, Hawaii and in Los Angeles, California so 13 1/2 years back here and I'm still missing the warm winters where you can go out and go exercise any time of year for the most part. Here you can go for a walk in the winter, but most of the time it isn't too much fun... I did my weigh in this morning, but a friend she came over when I was going to put it onto the site so now I'm finally getting to it... I'm getting ready for the challenge. I think I might have one last thing like a small bag of popcorn before I start it! :)
