Happy with 1.5 lb loss on a busy, roller-coaster diet week. First days back to work (earlier lunch time & increased potential for post-work, pre-dinner binge) and daughter's wedding created numerous opportunities to eat poorly. While these mis-steps did occur on a few occasions, overall I maintained a fair level of discipline. An increased long distance run and pleasant weather provided solid opportunities to get physical thereby burning off additional calories. As I near my goal weight, some of my meal planning (portion control) turns toward maintenance rather than loss which is a good feeling.
187.5 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
