It's budget season at work, so I am super busy. When I finally get home, I need to decompress so no phone or computer.
I miss you guys.
I quickly peak at you all, but not consistently. I know I am missing a lot.
I only lost .6 last week, and I am ok with that. I knew I would slow down once I couldn't exercise. I will get it back.

Thankful: I discovered I like black coffee. I am not supposed to have it, but it is better than stress eating, which is what I did every season on the prior 16 years. I call that a win. :-)
Daily Goals: Self Care. Read if I need to read, walk if I need to walk, babble if I need to babble, stretch if I need to stretch. 3 more weeks to go!
Positive Thoughts: 100 mil personnel budget...I got that on lock. My numbers be golden! I am smart and very capable. I have a great family, great coworkers, and great friends for a support network. I got this!
