Any loss is good, even if less than 1 pound. Had a rough week eating properly and was happy to walk into the new week without a gain. Did a poor job making good choices and avoided logging what I knew would be damning evidence of my lack of discipline. Confident that as classes start back up and I find myself otherwise engaged, that I'll come correct and plan some better dietary choices. 🙂
