Unbelievable
174.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It happens. Even when I'm doing everything right, I step on the scale and it registers a gain sometimes, like a slap in the face. But, I have learned that it I continue to stay on the path, that drop will come. Keep the faith, it will happen. Good luck on your journey. :)
