Chamomile's Journal, 10 August 2008

I attempted to follow the challenge of following my diet closely 5 days in a row- I kept failing in little ways Sat-Sun. Then by Wed I was off it completely. I'm not going to play the blame game. I, ME, MOI failed. I feel like I should withdraw from this challenge since I've obviously screwed up already.
181.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.8 lb a week

Don't withdraw yet! Challenges are meant to be hard. Sometimes we'll meet them, sometimes we won't. It's the trying that counts because it pushes us in the right direction. It's a new week and a new mini-challenge. See how close you can get:). And don't worry too much about not meeting the goals of the challenge. I started the challenge, and I ended the first week with a weight gain! We don't all do this perfectly, and it's okay:).

No Don't give up!!! You can do it I know you can. Its the beauty of being on this diet you can start over!
