Still confused as why in the hell I gained 6 pounds in a month. Now I gotta work to lose that again plus keep losing weight 😠😤🙄🖕🏻
172.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
