I did a workout, I did a workout. La, la, la, la, la... I'm pretty happy about getting my booty out of bed this morning and getting my workout in, if you can't tell. Now, if I can just keep doing this at least a few times a week and get my eating in check I'll be back on track. My weight is up a couple of pounds, but I'm not going to beat myself up. Last year at this time I'd gained 5-7 lbs, and was almost back to my start weight, so I'm just going to keep moving forward. My hope is that by this summer I'll be a little lighter and feel great. We are going with some family on a short weekend trip in June, so that is going to be a goal date for me. I want to wear shorts and not feel self conscious and be able to feel good when we're walking all over and we're out and about. I'm feeling good today so I'm going to hold on to this feeling as long as I can!
