Hey, I just read that after AB workouts, if you can get off the floor without using arms, the Abs are strong!!

I have an Ab Wheel Rollout and when I first started my arms were sore! Some muscle I didn't even know I had! The next day my arm in that area was sore! I am okay now but I do feel the stretch. Did it hurt you when you first started?

Thank you for responding! I wondered if anyone else felt it elsewhere and I really should have google it as I have today. I have been doing it for some time and I just thought it was so strange that it was harder on my arms than my abs. I think it comes from stretching the muscle because I go as far as possible without touching the ground. I still feel it in my arms (closer to my shoulders) at the end of the sets. Hopefully one day I won't!
