Okay, now y'all don't get used to these drops. I know how addicted FS folks get to drops. LOL. We're gettin' this back up to 135 ;-). I have a 1686 (higher cal day) today, so we'll see where I'm at Monday morn :-). If I'm still in the 133-134 lb. range - then will toss another 83 more cals into the mix. I'm surprised because this is on top of the fact that I went over my usual 2400 cal day by 400 cals last Saturday.
My metabolism is like a log burning stove right now, especially since I started couching the higher cal days in with intense workout days. It's like adding gasoline to fire. I want to use this moment wisely, which means we make sure to increase the amount of wood (i.e. food) going into that fire. NOT by monumental amounts, but slow methodical increases. I'll check back in tomorrow with the weekly maintenance calorie trajectory!
