100 gr is nothing! I'm happy my weight came back down after the long weekend.
166.4 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The long weekends are always the worst. I find no matter how much I train on weekends just 1 bad day of eating and no amount of training helps.

Yeah, but I usually let my hair down over weekends. On Monday my unofficial weight was 77.1 kg. Today I'm back to 75.1. That's a very BIG difference!

lol my unofficial weight on Monday was 72.7 and today I am back down to 70.5. I tried so badly over the long weekend to be good but it didnt happen lol
