Slowly and steadilly losing. I think Im losing about a pound/week. This is the way I think Im going to do it though. In that 1 hour I eat at dinner, Im eating whatever carbs fill me up after my salad..and I walk away a very happy camper! I had 2 smores and a piece of bread after my salad last night. I thought I was in heaven! And I still lost!
This is the best way of eating I have ever done...I dont even feel deprived! And I always walk away full and content!
Life is good. God is great!
Yesterday I ate: 2egg omlette with HC and mozzerella coffee w/HC and splenda and coconut oil
a can of salmon over lettuce, EVOO, and vinegar coffee w/HC and splenda and coconut oil 2 pieces bacon
a bed of lettuce with 2 tbsps salsa and 2tbsps sour cream 2 smores 1 extra graham cracker a plum a piece of bread a sip of coffee

Brilliant stuff shannon...isin't it great to feel satisfied and still be losing!! (I still have major probs believing that I'm satisfied lol can one be satisfied without a stuffed tummy? that was my way of thinking for so many years..it takes a while). What does the coconut oil add to your coffee experience??

I love love love my coffee concoction. I buy one of those little metallic flavored coffees for about a buck or so. Then I put one scoop of that and the rest is Folgers into my coffee pot. The flavor is wonderful! Today it was vanilla.
So anyhow, I fill my cup with 4/5 coffee and then add cinnamon, a pkt splenda, HC..and the wonderful coconut oil which rests on top.
My Spectrum coconut oil is flavorless and goes down easilly. I think it facilitates smooth GI function.
