I screwed up a little bit with this account. I actually started at a disgusting 163 pounds on Tuesday, July 15, and today, July 18, I weigh 159 pounds. Hurrah! I still have so much to lose though. I love it though. I feel so strong knowing how great my will-power is. I need to be better about getting workouts in though - even if they're small. Tomorrow, fast-walk eight blocks uphill to Balboa Park and then gym with my sister.
