I am sure I'm not alone when I ask myself, why do I do this to myself? Work hard and stay diligent to drop the weight, then just let it get away for a while and start all over again? Because, that's what people do. it wouldn't be any fun if it wasn't a rollercoaster!!

I know I've been there! Sometimes all it takes is to have more good days than bad. I count on having at least one bad day out of seven. Hang in there!

Don’t be too hard on yourself, the only thing that matters is that we are doing better than we were before - that is a win! It takes awhile to change our habits, but it gets easier. We aren’t perfect and that’s ok 🤗
