I am going to put all my efforts into completing this challange successfully. I started by preparing my meals and snacks for th enext few days yesterday evening. No cheating... Going to just follow the plan my nutrition coach set up for me. Beleive it or not, I feel satisfied and full. Drinking my water and will be doing my exercise daily.... cardio 7 days....weight training 3 days.... abs and glute daily...In it to win it!
