I was good all week until Friday. That's when I just gave up because I was out of town and forced to eat the same meal for lunch everyday because there was only one healthy option. After four days of turkey wraps I went crazy and had loaded nachos. Next, I went camping and I wasn't in charge of ordering food for the mess hall (you can already see where this is going). Anyway, I'm back on the bandwagon again with a workout planned for tommorow morning at 6:00 am.
