YAY! I can't believe that it worked! I am sooo excited! I just hope that this weight lost isnt muscle and is fat instead! This weigh in made my day!
188.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
