Without exercise! Consistently below 115 for st least a week and a half bean dessert every night measure two servings of halo and aquafaba whip cream dinner salad veggies hummus or guac eating once a day
113.8 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 113.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
