I've been without a scale for the past 5 months. I used to monitor my weight daily. I am out of control with my crazy eating habits. Tried on clothes from closet last night and everything was tight. Went to Publix to get on the scale and looks like I have gained 8 pounds. I've decided to get focused starting this morning. I could use all the support I can get. I am petrified of gaining all the weight back.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
