Due to a system glitch, work has been hellacious this past week as I've had to field (rightfully) angry phone calls with no resolution to provide. It was bad enough that work bought lunch for us Tuesday-Friday, and I opted in.
I'm not sure if I trust the drop, because I know my body had a physical stress reaction that had my bowels all messed up (though that could've also been the change up in diet at lunchtime). The good news about it is that I got lots of workout in after work to shed the stress of the day.
Let's see if I can use this number to boost my willpower.
