Geez not really to sure how the heck my carbs are so dang high today, it’s very discouraging!!! 😕 come girl watch the carbs!!!!!!! You got this!!! Get back up and DO IT RIGHT!!!! Ok so here is a new plan I’m still gonna count calories and carbs, now I’m going to fast one meal a day!!! Here goes let’s see if I can knock this out!!! I know I can!!!!
267.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 97.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
