Ok so I really struggled yesterday! Time to remanage and keep pushing forward! I am going to the store on Friday so I hope I’m able to get this weight down a little quicker! It’s cheaper to eat unhealthy than healthy !
268.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 98.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
