The ride I did yesterday on zwift...even with 2 fans blowing on me..had me sweating...guess that new trainer was well worth getting...
Soon as I journal..then another ride/workout today...then a day off tomorrow from riding I think..allow my body to rest from two days of working out..and catch up on the lawn day..before next rain moves thru..
Welp..coffee is almost gone..tummy is saying thank you for feeding me..time to get up and moving once again..
