Not really expected, but pleasant surprise 😊 I'm not dieting since a long time now, just eating healthy AND meat free. I'm plant based now, very close to vegan, but can't give up on eggs and honey yet.. Feeling good and not missing meat at all, it's so easy to live on plants nowadays! Won't force anyone to make any change, but maybe it's worth trying?
