2.4 pounds down this week Woo Hoooo! It feels so good to be losing again, and I love my diet! I should call it the Corn on the Cob diet b/c I have one every day! Do you want to know what else? I have TOM..no bloat, no gain! Have a super weekend peeps!
Looking at my weightloss chart, I wanted to add that the last time I got to 125 a few months ago was when I DID low calorie on Stillmans. So maybe it wasnt the low carb, but the low calories that sparked my loss. Ill never know, b/c I probably couldnt stand low carb anymore and binged on unallowed foods...putting back to square one.
