No formal exercise yesterday, but I did clean the house for 3 hours with no rest in between projects. I didn't feel hungry all day yesterday and had to force myself to eat. Breakfast was 2 Tbsp of peanut butter. That was it. Lunch was 1 chicken breast. Supper was a few corn chips, 1/2 chicken fajitas, 1 corn tortilla and that was it. I just didn't feel like eating for some reason. Summer solstice, I guess. :)

Even having the few servings of corn (which doesn't seem to bother my weight loss as much as a flour tortilla would), I've still lost another #, bringing me to an official low of 235. It has been at least 6 yrs since I weighed this low. Not like I'm about to blow away in a strong wind or anything! But it's still a low. Oh, and the 24 shorts that I bought on clearance that fit me so well 2 weeks ago? yeah. Too big. Falling off my hips too big. Maybe they didn't fit me so well to begin with.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
