So another week and down 2.2 lb. I'll take that as a win. I learned a valuable lesson last night that I'd like to share. I often have difficulty falling asleep. I used to use Tylenol PM, but since I don't need the pain medication currently and Tylenol is not great for the liver, I started using ZZZQuil. After drinking it last night, I read the ingredients. It turns out that their are 12gm of sugar in a dose. It contains High Fructose Corn syrup and Sucrose. No wonder I've been having trouble staying in ketosis. I never considered the sugar content in medicine. I guess I'll be more careful going forward. I bought some Natrol Melatonin to try. It is supposed to be zero calories and has calcium and B-6. I hope everyone has a great week. and for everyone in the middle of the country...try to stay warm.
