1.2 pounds up -- while I never *want* to see an increase, I was expecting this to be a lot worse than it is. Grateful for small silver linings.
Speaking of grateful, OMG you guys and your comments on my last entry! I don't think I've ever had so many comments in one shot before, but you all boosted my motivation in spades! Truthfully, I'm not sure I would've had the courage to get on the scale today otherwise, but I knew I needed a starting point.
The plan moving forward is to weigh-in on here once weekly (Wednesdays), but I do tend to check every few days "unofficially" just to keep an eye on things. That, coupled with continued exercise and tracking.
