On the road again..... next chance to weigh in will be next Monday. Until then, all I can do is try to be in slight calorie deficit, remain on my exercise plan, and try to eat balanced meals rather than eating whatever is easy....
like finishing my wife's fries last night....or getting the large beer with pork sliders at 3:00 pm because hey, how often are you sitting by the ocean in Hawaii....
