Getting close to my lowest !!!
More healthy carbs, lower fat and ditching dairy seems to be doing it for me this time around 🎉 see how it goes !
145.8 lb Lost so far: 38.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
