I know I keep telling myself I am going back on a diet, well after yesterday and not feeling good from eating so poorly I am going to stick with it, I have to do this, I was down to 34 more pounds and now back up to like 44 really, I have been working by booty off to get smaller and I am wasting my time, we are going to florida in January and I dont want to have to worry the whole time I am there bout what I eat,
I will have to find some kind of punishment for myself if I cheat any suggestions
