I almost didn’t record this but I want to be honest with myself as I go through this journey. I did indulge a couple times last week but I logged everything and was always in a calorie deficit, so I thought it would be okay. A couple times I ate at restaurants that didn’t have nutrition info available so I had to estimate though. This could’ve contributed to an inaccurate calorie count.
Another thing is that I started exercising more last week. Just light jogging, walking, and yoga, but I was WAY more active than usual. This could’ve put stress on my body that is causing my weight to go up, but from what I’ve read this can happen when a workout regimen is started, and should fade as I continue. I’m taking it easy today to give my muscles a break. I might’ve done too much on my weak body so I’ll see how I feel tomorrow, listen to my body, and adjust going forward.
