I've been bad about reporting in. My asthma has gotten in the way of exersize. Have been primarily sticking to the 1200 calories but without the walking or other exercise the lbs are not dropping off even though myh clothes continue to be looser. Mondays are my busiest days at work so I kinda crash when I come home.
