Been struggling to get back down to 175 for 3 years. Looks like it is time to give up snacking for good and get back to good meals. I have been off caffeinated drinks for a year now. Time to get rid of all drinks except water and ditch the snacks. Also, I need to start walking for 60 minutes a day.
