did really well memorial day weekend even survived the lobster stuffed fillet i served that heaven for grilled asparagus. i need to make exercise my number 1 goal i have been pretty good about it but i really have to talk myself into it
159.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
