o.k. so i did fine yesterday, however today i have both a graduation party and a dinner party to attend. it's difficult to go out when your on this plan because your foods are preselected and if those foods aren't available you're stuck . some events can not be avoided esp. the dinner tonight hosted by my boss. i am planning to make it through this no matter what
160.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
