I seriously hate my situation right now. I have restrictions medically that are forcing me to basically hang around in my bed. The only thing I really have control over right now is what I eat. so I am trying to eat a lot of healthy foods. I am not restricting what I eat, just how much of it I eat. I am watching a lot of inspirational shows and doing a lot of praying. I want to take action, but I sincerely don't want to hurt myself further. There looks to be an upcoming neck surgery. also I have a hiatal hernia and the Dr's would like to operate on it, but they would also like to do a bariatric by pass while in there. thereby helping me to lose weight. I know that it isn't a cure, but a good stepping point. Vent session concluded.
277.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 127.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
