i am very glad to be off of the 3 cheat days i did not gain nor did i lose. i have decided that i have very little control on those cheat days. tomorrow will prove somewhat difficult, as i have a wedding, lucky for me it is a buffet type affair so if i can choose wisely i hope to be o.k. next saturday i have a graduation party and a catered affair at one of the Dr's that i work for homes again this should prove to be quite a test of will. oh well one day at a time
163.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
