Sick and no sleep this week. Work I have to literally eat my lunch as fast as I can since they highly discourage us from eating at all... not allowed to have any quick snack breaks either, this job will be a health hazard to me. However my resume is updated time to start looking again.
170.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
