Still not perfect but a lot better then b4. 4 months ago my #s⬇ ⬇ my #s today ⬇ A1C - 8.8. ⬇ ⬇A1C - 6.4 ⬇ triglycerides 964. ⬇ ⬇ trigly-332⬇ cholesterol 384. ⬇ chol-174⬇ 😳 ,, 😁😀 Not too bad.
