1940 kcal Fat: 108.48g | Prot: 122.00g | Carb: 113.63g.   Breakfast: 100% Liquid Egg Whites, almond milk, Avocados, grilled chicken. Lunch: strawberries, strawberries, mixed lettuce, red onion, red pepper, banana pepper, yellow corn, extra virgin olive oil, sweet potato, paleo shepards pie. Dinner: Spaghetti Squash, Beef Stew, paleo squash. Snacks/Other: Natural Peanut Butter, egg white, sugar free gum. more...
