well i finally got back to where i was before i had the 'BIG SLIP UP" it was SOOO not worth it i hope i keep that in mind the next time i feel compelled to cheat oh well it's monday a brand new day and a brand new week i wish you all a very healthy week
163.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
