Up down up down...I'm getting SO sick of this!!!! My reason for logging this today is that I'm hoping in the week it will drop nicely as I'll be doing lots of walking and eating well. To be able to see a nice loss will do my confidence a lot of good, so here is the gain that come before the fall! lol

This pound could have come from bread......my arch enemy. I'm really beginning to notice a pattern with it but I find it SO hard to completely avoid. I only had one small roll with dinner last night and then this morning, I don't know where my head was but I put jam on dh's toast and he hates jam. I made him some more and I had the jam toast for breakfast. I don't like to waste like that. It's fine point wise but I'm back to football-ville!

Been into town this morning which has included a fair bit of walking. The sun is out and it's a beautiful day. I did try on quite a few things in the clothes shops which was rather depressing...size 16 used to be fine...at one point I was more in 14 but today even the 16's were a bit uncomfortable....I really need to get this sorted!

Hope you all have a fabulous day :)

Aww, don't give up. It sounds like you know the enemy. Just keep up the good fight. You can do it. It sounds like you have a great week ahead with lots of walking and good meal planning. Just hide the bread somewhere maybe;-) Have a great week. You can do this!

I have the same problem with bread...or any type of carb for that matter! Just jump right back in! Good luck!

If you weigh in almost every day, you need to expect the scale to go up and down all week. I can be 4 pounds up one day and down 5 the next. Since our bodies are mostly water, our weight can go up and down by the hour(hormones, exercise, sodium, medications, etc). The most important thing is a downward weekly trend. Good luck!

You're doing well. Don't be so hard on yourself as you are making good choices and your getting more healthy because of them. Yes, I agree with Suzi161..our weight goes up and down by the hour, it seems. I just pick one day and weight that day and no others. Don't give up ...all your hard work is and will pay off for you! Have a great day!

Don't let a little set back make you forget about the great progress you've made already! It's never a good time to try on clothes when you're feeling bloated so just erase the experience from your mind. As for the bread, do you feel the same regardless of what type of bread you eat? I've heard that some people have success eating rye bread or pumpernickel because there is less wheat flour in it. Maybe give that a try. Rye bread is so tasty, too. Try to stay positive. Remind yourself of all the reasons why you wanted to start this journey in the first place. You can do this!

I feel your pain - I have also been losing the same .6 lb for awhile. Are you on flex or core? I've been on flex for a couple of months now, so I've decided to try core for a bit. My problem (other than the bread/carb issue that we share) is lack of exercise - I just don't like it! But I just have to start moving!! Have a good day ...
