I've been so good not to eat the fudge or cookies, that my mom & I are making for family & friends this month. An still weight my is climbing. My hormones are outta whack . Bloated & cramping for last 2 weeks. I've been spending so much time with my mom lately that I'm throwing her hormones off. Really wish my body would get it together already. All I want for Christmas is the scale to go in the right direction.
