Thanksgiving I knew the scale would be up :( probably shouldn’t have weighed myself...oh hell the food was worth it lol. I hope I can get back workouts soon
172.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
