No change in weight. Feeling very down and out of control. I know what to do but no umph to do it. I'm going to make a concerted effort today. Have a healthy day.

I don’t understand why you feel like that. You admitted to overeating this weekend, why are you upset with not losing. One loses weight on a caloric deficit. If you are good all week and overeat on the weekends you lose all progress

I also overeat weekends, but I undereat weekdays. I do not go over my calories.

You almost had a pound loss since last Monday! Imagine what it would have been without the salty popcorn and chips! Corn and potatoes create inflammation in my body! Stay strong - you are my inspiration!

Thank you all for the input. Family health issues are my biggest concerns. Food & gambling were my ways out and now they're not. Feeling good just me as I am is a difficult transition. I guess it's true, we are our worst critic. Thnx for being there. Back to the gym tomorrow and a good cleanse tomorrow nite. 🙋
