Not being able to workout I feel like a giant slob lol. Plus my Halloween party this past weekend too. Hopefully I can keep the scale where it’s at or lower! Definitely don’t want it going up lol. I’ve worked to damn hard to lose the weight that I’ve lost 😠😕It’s only been a month since my surgery and my body is definitely still healing...and the random shooting pains are no joke. My doctor keeps telling me to be patience and not to rush anything because I could injury myself more....patience the one thing I don’t have lol have a great weekend all!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
